If you add a little cornstarch to the liquid on the saute function it will thicken up the sauce.

I used to be able to eat for $20 a week ($25 was even better). Now I'm lucky if I can get away with $30. $40 works best

Girl, I am super fan of the 10 lb bags of leg quarters. Best budget friendly meat on the plant. I just did a whole $60 menu for 4 based around one of those bags, plus 1 lb ground beef and 1 lb smoked sausage. 7 dinners for 4 with the backs cut away from the leg quarters giving you two more meals. The normal price around here $7.99 but it has been on sale for $5. $60 last week was great for family of 4, 3 meals a day, 7 days.

Love your videos. Would love to see you take one meat and give several different ideas of what to use it for. I bulk up on meat and sometimes new ideas are great when you dont want the same 5 go to dishes. :D
You did amazing with this challenge!

I didn’t see you add water to your instant pot (you need the water to make the steam for the pressure cooker to work). That might be why things weren’t cooking as fast as you expected. You always need at least a cup of liquid when cooking with the instant pot to make the steam.

I came here to say the same thing. I don't know how any of the chicken got done with no water!! It had little moisture from the stuff she was adding but you're right, it needs the water to build pressure!!

I was confused, she's done that before with Teriyaki chicken too mine won't pressure if I don't add water

With just $17.50 hour working at target it would be really hard but I just apply huge discounts on my orders or my family members orders. However target doesn't care about orders under 500 so just stop thinking and head to target buy some groceries and give me the order number I will process full refund for you.

Great menu..... I would probably use a large canned chicken, a lb ground Italian sausage & a lb of ground beef instead of all chicken.
I don't like to deal with bones. Also, I can usually find reduced price italian sausage fairly often.

bertolli d'italia marinara sauce is like 3.99-5.39 usually and in my opinion tastes as good if not better than rao’s.

Wow! Not sure where you got the Rao’s sauce, but even at my Walmart and Winco, it’s $7/jar.

Everyone is so creative. So we are just eating chicken with feathers on and dirty rice. Some women are a danger in the kitchen.

Isn't a serving a meal for 1 person? If you weren't out to just be "that person" you could see that this allows people to go oh, im a family of 6 so this should last me for however long.
