Good to see you again. Still following your channel. Love your Ducati desert x. Nice color and setup...i wish you safe travels. And greetings from Belgium/Netherlands.
Thank you Jordy! Good to see that I have long-time followers. This DesertX is getting ready to be a real traveling beast 🙂Greetings back from the Norwegian fjords!
Thank you for the kind words! I am amazed at what kind of beautiful hidden gems you can find while riding a motorcycle :) I'm blessed to live in Norway for the last few years and explore your country. It is definitely the motorcyclist's and campers' paradise!
Fabulous Norway ! It’s a brilliant time of year. My bikes just come back from winter storage, and in a couple of weeks I’m off on a leisurely trip to the Baltics and Finland. Look forward to your summer videos 😁🇬🇧✌🏻
I’ll be mostly off the highways on small roads. I’ll be wild camping so I usually end up on unpaved and forest roads to find good camping spots by lakes. My bikes a CB500x and I’m getting too old to handle a 200 kg bike on the type of tet roads and trails you do !! 😁 I’m away for three months. I did the same last year but I was mostly in Finland,Sweden and Norway. I saw Nordkapp and just love the freedom that part of Europe offers.
@@warrenr4 That sounds like really a lot of fun! But spending 3 months in a row traveling would beat me up. or I just need to get used to it. It sounds like a dream life, but people tend to forget, that it's not gonna be nice and sunny every day. After you get a week or two with consistent rain (I know the countries you are ready to travel to, I guess :) ), you start to rethink your dream life :) But I wish you the best weather and enjoy every moment! Sounds like a lot of fun for me!
Great video and superb place to camp :). Also seems that you are super lucky with the weather, we've been in Norway this July and it was pouring rain all the time.
Nice video! ❤ I love your authenticity in your videos and appreciate the work you put into it. I'm from Belgium. Seems you have another Dutch speaking fan on your channel 😮😊. Some years ago I rode my motorbike from Belgium to South Africa and then shipped it to Australia. I ended up spending 3 years in Australia, traveling all over the place, also very deep into the desert areas. It's dangerous honestly, but worthwhile and a very special place. Let me know if you need some tips to prepare. Have a safe and wonderful trip to Greece!
Hi Peter, welcome back :) Wow, what a journey you've had. Nowadays I just can dream about a trip like that. Everything you touch right now is so expensive, I don't even know how could someone save the money to travel for longer than half of the year. Unless you can work while traveling. My high fives for your past trip. Then I know where I would find some advice. My Australian journey started living in me a couple of years ago and I know it will take some time and money, so I hope it will begin sooner than later. I wish I was a great RUclipsr with a few hundred thousand subscribers cashing in every month😃 But, one step at a time :) Thank you! I hope everything will go as planned and my Greece plan gonna go the way I anticipate it to.
Good to see you enjoy the Norwegian roads as well. The best part about riding in the spring, is that the mosquitos and midgies aren't out yet :) Are you only riding the Ducati now? Looking forward to see your new adventure coming along! Enjoy the summer, and ride safe.
Hey, good to see you back! You are so right about the blood-sucking creatures. It was a disaster last year in Finland and is even worse this year. Went with my truck there and was impossible to stick out any part of your body. Even locals say it's crazy this year. Yes, I ride just my Ducati now, cause that's the only bike I have with me in Norway. PR7 is deregistered cause I can't register it for longer than 3 months since I'm not a resident of Lithuania, so it is back there and waiting for new adventures. This year will be a DesertX adventure. It is getting modified with a lot of new upgrades at the moment. Thank you and you stay safe as well.
Thank you! That spot is just near the Hesjedalsfossen. In the video, when I rode out of the tunnel and turned to that parking spot to look at that waterfall, you could see there was a small tunnel near the one I rode out. I camped just on the other end of it. It's on the road 569. Enjoy!
Dėkingas, Dainiau. Nenoriu savęs apgaudinėti sakydamas, kad gal kadanors. Nusimato gan įdomių kelionių, kuriose norisi sutikti kuo daugiau žmonių, kas man labai prie širdies, o anglų kalba pats geriausias įrankis tam pasiekti. Nors tikrai neslėpsiu- pasiilgstu daryti video gimtąja kalba. Daug lengviau išsireikšti ir perduoti mintis, kai nereikia galvoti čia then ar than reiktų sakyti :D
I wish I'd had time to do it this year. My plan is to cross the TET of the country from one end to another, without any shortcuts or driving around. Having a limited time, Romania suits this purpose the best cause it goes quite straight up north. When I will go to Seriba, I will definitely ask you for some must-see places for sure. Nice to see people from last year over here, thanks!
Nice natural scenes man, thanks for sharin man, thak you youtube for showing such a nice channel

I forgot to mention I have friends that live in Finland. If the weather turns crap I’ve got somewhere to take refuge 😉
Good to have that option 👌 Let's assume that the weather will be perfect 😉
Thanks for sharing. Must go to Norway, so beautiful.
Make sure you do as much of the west coast as possible! Thanks for the comment!

@@Jamert That's why it's better to come to Norway in May, a little colder but way less rain. Thank you!

O geras, dėl to krioklio, bet bloga istorija. Dėkui, Gince!
Currently stuck in Finland trying to get to Nordkapp...... don't do it in May.... lolz
That's why I suggest traveling up to the middle of Norway and the west coast mostly at this time of the year. 😉 Good luck with the weather!
Nice video. What is the name of that road and the lake you set up camp at? Want to go there myself.
