The top speed is not 500 kph the top speed is really around 243mph not 311mph is says 500 kph on every bugatti chiron dashboard.

The aston did the 3d mesh lights way before bugatti did and the divo has a topspeed of around 236mph. You arent hitting 310+mph in that. This makes less power and has greater drag coeffecient than the 300+

That rear lights technology is quite simple to be honest, but I can already see how it's a job and a half to keep clean. That said I'm wondering if it serves an aerodynamic purpose.
Its a rip-off from the aston martin vulcan.
It being a kamm tail design would be the biggest aerodynamic aspect of the rear. With a kamm tail, the air from over the top and the air from below would be on their way to meeting up smoothly somewhere significantly behind the taillights.
It's limited because it's almost impossible to keep it clean.
