Hey there! Would it be possible for you to do a tutorial on having a running total? For example, each spin subtracts 1, a winner adds 100, and you cannot spin if it equals 0.
If you press F9 on your keyboard, do the numbers change? If not, that means it's not the button that's a problem, it's something else in your code. I can't really troubleshoot here but maybe try again with a new Excel sheet and watch the detailed video again.

Could I make something similar and then somehow migrate it to a browser for online leaderboards etc? Or am I better off going the html route from the get go?
I don't really do websites for a long time now and things have changed. I would assume better to start with something web based if that's where you are headed. Not even HTML, it would be PHP or something else.
