My friends have been talking about Initial D for well over a decade. I mostly only knew it from the Eurobeat memes. So after some additional persuasion, i started watching Initial D in early December of 2021. While doing so, the Trailer Song of the recent Battlefield 2042 came to mind and suddenly this AMV idea was born. A few days earlier i had signed up for the animemusikvideos.de Secret Santa. So i decided to edit this AMV for Amkuku.
Editing was mostly done in the week before and after Christmas. Special thanks to Zest for keeping me company and also for font support, as well as ceddic for Beta testing. More AMVs soon.

It was a struggle not to edit to Eurobeat. I tried some other songs but none worked for me like this one. Glad you like it!
Wow, I didn't watch or read Initial D, the main reason was art style, but now I think I will. Good job man.

Did you watch only Legends or the series too?
I‘m currently watching 4th Stage. I didn‘t watch Legend at all but edited it based on my memories of 1st stage which is probably my fav initial d so far.
You need to do another Macross AMV with Kickstarter like Macross Plus or Macross Zero it just will work so well. Rock music works so well for AMV's especially when they are jets in them and Macross has tones of jets that transform.
Also because your Macross Frontier AMV'S are one of the best editing I have seen for an AMV and I want more.
Thanks a lot, also for the comments on the other Videos. I actually do have an Idea for a Macross Delta AMV but I don’t think it will happen this year. Zero and Plus look fantastic and I enjoyed Plus quite a lot. But I don’t have a solid idea to either and there’s already good amvs out there for both. Still thanks! Made me happy to hear that these AMVs still give some joy to people! I’ll see what I can do about Delta.
@@CENITamv can't wait to see it. There are good AMV's for Plus and Zero but most of them have low resolution on the videos. it is rare to see a 4k AMV of Macross especially the older anime's
