Brother! I am glad that the Topaz was a blessing to you! The Schuyler ESC PSQ zippered edition that I got from you in trade has been my go-to Bible for hospital visits. It is perfect for that! God bless you!
I have the Oswald Chambers Bible in my wishlist. At this time, I am waiting to have my first cataract surgery, the second one is in early February. Until I find out how much my vision will be improved, I won't invest in a Bible I won't be able to comfortably read. If the font was 11, I would have it sitting next to me right now. We shall see, pun intended!
I have the Orthodox Study Bible and a Greek-English RSV Bible that I enjoy reading if I need clarification from the former. Wonderful to pair with when finding out meanings and passages of scripture!
What are your opinions on the Ethiopian Bible that has the 88 Books? I also have an NLT but looking for a good alternative for both... God Bless and Thanks 👍🏿🙏🏾
I also love the Cambridge Topaz. I have three of them - a NKJV and ESV both in goatskin and a NASB2020 in calf split leather. The calf split leather that Cambridge uses for its bindings is very strong and long lasting. While stiff at first, it softens with use and feels wonderful in a very short time. I'm hoping that Cambridge will publish a CSB Topaz in the near future - verse by verse and red letter like the other Topaz's. BTW... what did you do to your hands, brother? Were you wrenching on a car or motorcycle?

I might have to pick up one of those Lockman NASB text editions. Also I think more people should give the RSV a try.

Pray your surgery goes well and He restores your eyesight completely! ❤
It is a great Bible/devotional combo. I pray you will be able to use it!

A CSB topaz would compete with the verse by verse wide margin from Holman Imo.
I was fixing a fuel line on my truck;)
I love the Sovereigns! Basically it's a poor man's Schuyler!
They are!
I really want a Lion!
