Looks pretty solid. Hopefully it comes out in way that’s attainable for people. It would be a great captain training for the French cruiser lines

I just picked it up last night in the event crate. For the little I spent I consider it a good pickup - you hit it in the head with your review. I was able to outgun a New Orleans with a level 10 commander on it. This is the first one to recommend in a while - especially given the cost of the crate
