U need to take approval from college for the morning time......and at this moment u can't take transfer also.....so I think it would be better to convince them and get sign in morning time

Suno, do one.nothing ap college se unka letter head pe likhwa ke la lo ki..physical attendance ki need nahi h ya phir only exams are pending in your case and Form 112 me physicall attendance ma NO kar dena...ho janega approved

Either convert batch from evening to morning....or submit 102 as correspondence means private because principal sign hi nahi kar raha h to kya kara abb...private hi submit kardo

@@TalesofCA but only exams were pending.I have got letter head from college that teaching classes are over from March.
Then u can upload this form as supporting in form 113 but unless and until u didn't get the degree u need to fill the same

If u mark as physical attendance required (Y or N)in from 112 then it would not get approved...
