Pour over is my choice method for coffee. Instant coffee used to be the worst, but you'd be surprised there are some instant coffees now that are actually good tasting. The convenience when supplies are limited: Just add water. Those Starbucks "Via" packs are very good, and Tim Hortons new dark roast instant is very good too.
