Hey Nick, I couldn't help but notice you were putting the shift selector in second gear to take off, which also resulted in the transmission only shifting once into third. This is a confusing but common thing that people do with these early cruise-a-matic transmissions. The small dot under the neutral is second gear and the larger dot between the small dot and the L position is actually your first gear. Take this ride out again and you'll notice a big difference in the performance. I knew someone who drove his for 2 years till he realized he was taking off in the wrong gear. Again no insult attended, this is so common with the cruise-a-matic transmissions.
My landlord happens to be this elderly woman, divorced since a long time ago. She lives completely alone in a very big house, her sons couldn't care less about her, they have their own families. She has a beautiful 66' Mustang in her house, with original painting and all parts complete. I've told her she should sell it, but the poor woman lives in a constant state of paranoia out of fear towards his ex-husband's family (she thinks they want to harm her). I visit her each month to pay her the rent and I feel very sad both for her and for that beautiful car.
All and all its a nice ride for the money, I had one just like it when I was growing up, exactly a copy of it, and I had so much fun with cruising with it every Friday night 😊😊
Another classic Mustang the look is unique and they are so beautiful to restore a nice automobile for the wire so she will leave you alone for about one year is priceless 👍
Almost Identical to my daughter's first car! 🤗 Year, engine, wheels\tires, stance....... Only difference was black interior and dual exhaust flowmaster's. 🎊 😎 💯 😎 🎊
water on the floor usually means a cowl vent leak, common on old mustangs, not good for the front floor pan. cover over the radio cutout. not bad for rust but the bubbles would have me concerned. wouldn't trade for my 66 but can't say it's not worth the price from here.
I got the mustang running in the driveway I've got my baby on the line she loves me I wanna go for a ride down main st Just me and my baby going crazy Extra verse 👍

Wow, a reasonably priced classic with one of the rare working horns. Nice to see those, of course by Nick at Maple Motors.
not what it should sound like but about what my 58 year old horn sounds like.
I like! Wish I had money... ☹️
The Cragars look great with the bright red paint! This will sell fast
60s Mustangs look very beautiful, plus sound amazing.
Very nice and the price is right! Im partial to red. I have 65 notch back and a 99 rag top, both red.
This was the my first new car I had it lists for 2,900. I don't ever remember putting 20 dollars of gas in it.

I love the car, love the color. A beautiful weekend cruiser!.
Cool as per usual ! Remember when 20 bucks got you more than almost 5 gallons !
For me, one of the most beautiful Mustangs is this model, show Nick ❤🇺🇸🇧🇷

Looks like a great deal for a Stanger!!
18k for a classic? A bargain. Some people pay 90k for a new pickup. Total insanity
Nice running Mustang 😊
Thanks! 👍
This is a sweet little pony 🐴 and priced to sell quick 🔥👍 Nick nice ride.
Thanks 👍
Nice 66 stang Nick, nice over all, but a fair price at best and still has a lot of class for this old lady.
I stopped in the middle of the street because I can 😂 you rule Nick Southgate the street king
Technically the horn "works" but no one can hear it 😂 Great ol Mustang to cruise in and around town 🏁
I love this little pony head turner extraordinare just waiting to be noticed plenty of stangs but not with this cool character.

Nice car but I always liked the fastbacks better. A 390 GT like in the movie "Bullit" would be my choice.
Dude, where's the Blazer video? I need it!
Not for sale
@@MapleMotorsNickSouthgate It will be.
how much money does the horn working add to the price tag?😂
Horn works lol
I got the mustang running in the driveway
