I'll advice you not to be overconfident and afraid in main paper bcoz I had highest score of 710 in 4 full syllabus mock tests and in previous year papers also I had 700+ in all of them( from 2020 to 2023) but I was afraid ( might be bcoz I was fresher) while giving main paper and that's why I couldn't Mark answer of 10 que in main neet. So, I'm advising you not to do so and I was hurry in last few que therefore I had done some mistakes. Therefore, my final NEET score is much less than what I could deserve. No one expected that but still it has happened.
