- Hello friends, i think this will be the last purchase from The Reall Real. As I mentioned before, their items are never "AS Described". So aggravated. But, the bag is in mint condition other than the missing part.

Hello friends! TRR offered $100 credit. I asked for $100 refund. They refused, so I sent it back. I was shocked that they were willing to give up a $1200 sale over $100.
What a joke people don’t have common sense. I bet if they had escalated that to a supervisor the supervisor would have told them to give you the 100 bucks.

Cami, in defense of TRR, did it say it included that? I have seen what I believe to be this bag, on TRR. The pictures are very clear that piece is *not* included. It also indicates it comes with keys and lock. I know TRR can be a bit sketchy, but in this case. I think you just missed it and they didn't do anything wrong. They don't have to indicate what is missing, especially if they show pictures and state what is included. I bought a Mulberry zipped tote from Fashionphile. The picture did not show the strap. It was priced pretty typical for the bag. I got it and no strap. I looked back at the description and it did not note it came with a strap and the pictures didn't show it. So, that was on me, not on them. I didn't ask for a refund, or return the bag. I made a mistake and did not feel onus was on them for my mistake.
@@jamesjamm Hello, it was deceiving. It did not say missing, just didn’t say the bell was included, however most would assume the strap and bell would be attached. I assumed the bell was in the bag because my Alma bb indigo from Fashionphile had it in the bag and they also just said keys and lock included. A bit sneaky. I just asked for $100 refund and they would only do $100 credit so I sent it back. Probably the one you’re seeing. Lol. TFW🙏🏼☺️
Your wine color pillow tabby is beautiful. I never seen this color in the store. I guess it sold fast. The D&B bag is so cute. I finally saw the smallest size and it thought it was adorable. Julie it sickens me on how much hate there is right now. I would have never thought all this could even happen because of election. You have a wonderful week.

Cami this bag is beautiful! Why not buy a replacement clochette from LV? I love that charm and I know I’ve told you that before lol. I think that charm would look great on a backpack, LV epi leather petit Noe or a speedy. I collect charms and I’m so happy this is the year of bag charms! Tfs.

I like the Alma BB. I have 2 of them. Perfect for me because I am petite, slim travel lightly. Plenty of room in my bags. Such a shame yours had flaws. Send it back and buy one in intact condition. Loved the colour, the are on the internet.

I would have been annoyed also. I would have insisted on a refund commensurate with the cost of getting LV to replace the missing part. Personally, if I had that bag I would remove the clochette anyway, but that would not affect my decision. It is the principle! That is why I have never bought from TRR. At least now you know that an Alma will work for you. That is one advantage. Thank you for the video!

Why would I think the bell part is missing if they say it has lock and keys? It all goes together. I thought the bell was in the bag. That’s how my other one came from Fashionphile. It was inside. When you pulled the bag out the first thing I noticed was the missing clochette 😢 I would’ve sent it back as well.

I really like your Jimmy Choo bag🥰 I don’t think the BB Alma is the best choice to my liking, but that’s not what’s important, it’s about how you feel about it. I haven’t ever purchased from TRR because of how many issues I’ve seen from you tubers. I do like fashionphile and yoogi’s closet, so if I buy preloved, it’s from them. I hope this issue gets resolved to your satisfaction.

Oy!!! I am so hesitant with TRR because of the crappy photos and NO return policy. (I think its BS they want you to pay that BS "return guarantee." With that being said, I did recently order a YSL bag and it looked like new. But i was so nervous!! Glad to know they will accept the return!!

I definitely hear what your saying about finding a bag with silver hardware to go with your bag charm. I usually do mix my metal colors with jewelry but not really with purses and bag charms. I have a couple bags I love both with goldtone hardware and therefore have some bag charms I switch out all goldtone metal. I even recently made my own purse charm with different beads. I say do what makes you happy. Life is too short to settle for less than. Love your down to earth personality. ❤ 😊

The missing key clochette wouldn’t have been a deal breaker for me especially if the price was right. You stated that the bag itself was in excellent condition. I bet if you double-checked the photo the key clochettte wasn’t probably there. Take the key with a string off and keep it moving. The chocolate candy charm looks too big for the bag.

The key cover was missing in their web site photo. They should have mentioned it even though they did display it.

I think what you meant to say is that the keys were dangling from the attachment strap and did not come encased in the clochette. Clochette in French literally means “bell” which is why the key enclosure is so aptly named. Love the Orange Epi Alma…Orange is my happy colour. Wear it would n good health and good times! Perhaps your SA can assist you with a replacement clochette…Good Luck 🧡🤎🧡

I found your bag on the real real and description says lock and keys does not say clochette included.if u look at others says lock key and clochette included.unless final sale they allow all returns. In my past experience I have had issues with final sale and they have always accommodated me and have always been satisfied..

It wasn't mean to be perhaps because you already have an orange purse and how many orange purses do you really need? Why not try the chocolate bar charm with a very dark brown suede bag? They're very much in style now. I know - suede - but live a little.

I noticed the clochette is missing right away. LV should be able to replace it. TRR should refund you the cost of the clochette and then have LV replace it. TRR is getting very sloppy. It's a shame.😡😡
