INDULGE IN THE ULTIMATE CHICKEN PANCAKE EGG TACO WITH HOT HONEY! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

I whipped up some mouthwatering chicken pancakes using a leftover baked chicken thigh! Chopped it into the pancake batter that just needed water...I know, I know. Trust the process! I pan-fried them to get those crispy edges just right. Then, I cooked up some eggs with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. In another pot, I heated up oil with chili flakes and fried them up, adding a drizzle of honey for that sweet kick. I stacked the pancakes into tacos with the egg in the center. Oh my goodness!
