    Having seen this and the ramen video, I feel like a blend of voice-over over first person, and some of the live-audio action shots could work well for your style!
    I personally feel leaning more towards the good voice-over close up shots of your process would be nice, but they are your videos and I want to see you develop what feels good for you personally!
    Keep up the good work, my friend!

    I like both, I think live commentary at the beginning and then transition to voice over is a good transition.

    Great tips on collagen. I use beef tendon which is also loaded, plus you can eat the entire thing. The soup base becomes super gelatinious and I use it for soups. Last me an entire week. Freezes well too. Good luck with your new channel. I'll be subscribing!!

    Much more affordable as well compared to collagen peptide supplements.

    If you want to make good bone broth, you can't boiled with non-stick pan. Bone broth have to cook with 30 hours time with thick quality pot like titanium or good quality stainless steel. So to release all the nutrients include collagen, u have to add some apple cider vinegar. Cook with very low heat, only simmer not hard boiled. And the water should submerged the bones.

      @weis_eats 6 месяцев назад

      I’ll respectfully disagree with you here. Water can only reach the boiling point of water, a hotter pot won’t make a difference. I have seen apple cider vinegar being used but in Asian cooking it is rarely used. If you cook with low heat, it’s impossible to get broth, you get stock. Broth is when the collagen and fats get emulsified through high heat boiling which makes the liquid white and milky, just cooking at very low heat will never achieve this even in 30 hours. What you typed sounds like a great stock though!

      Here’s a thread with a bunch of studies linked in it!

      End of the day, there’s a lot of evidence to suggest it is beneficial to include collagen in your diet, but the data isn’t perfect nor complete. I’m not saying it’s THE answer for “anti-aging,” but if there’s plenty of evidence of the benefits, why not give it a try and see if it works for you?
