I got 37 which was crazy for me on a comm day, I swear half were right at the end. I got 2 back to back and another maybe 2 later at the very very end
Which Pokemon are definitely debut it's shiny form during this year Pokemon Festival 2023.
1) Goomy, tier one raid. Ticketed players can be catch it in the wild by using incense.
2) Shellos, Red and Blue can found in the wild globally.
3) Bascullin, Blue and Red eyes circle can found in the wild globally.
See, all Pokemon above that mentioned share same characteristics, that is water type Pokemon. Hence in Pokemon Festival 2023 double water type mythical Pokemon known as Phione and Manaphy will made their debut in Pokemon Go.
