It would be even better if you guys were able to deal with bots efficiently, it's not fair to the actual fans that the best seats sell out then are up for resale at crazy prices. Handle basic reoccurring issues then move onto the bells and whistles.
i bought two ticketfast tickets and now i dont think i can go to the concert, i was planning on giving them to my girlfriend...but how would she get into the concert with my name on the ticket? is there any way i can change the name on the ticket does anyone know and how would i do it???
