Ngl, D-Class with glock gamepass is an automatic "Kill if he breathes funny" setup, but scientists and medics gain from glock the most since they can die at any time and having a (technically) free gun always helps out a ton. Plus, it's a good fallback weapon if you ever run out of ammo in everything else.
