Wow mate the look on your face said it all 😂 And when you say Worcestershire sauce it sound so funny as here in U.K. you say Worcester sauce. Spot on video mate 🇬🇧
Well first off congratulations about getting a little something something from fogo. That's a wonderful milestone when you get recognized by the industry. Very happy for you. Next up,I liked the "fire" segment. What are the Y Tube rules when using some movie or TV clips? I know and understand the reason they are concerned about using music. Next up, wonder how mouse compares to flank steak? ( sorry, just had to throw that in,my bad 😁 ) Anyways I like flat iron steak. Just like flank it has a wonderful beefy flavor. And for best shot of the week on Y Tube is your shot of the kettle with smoke lazily escaping and the lake in the background. Nice, very nice. Have a great weekend. 🐁🔥🍻
Looking at what I sent you i believe I need to clarify something. I like flat iron steak " in addition to flank" I didn't want it to look like I had a preference against flank and after seeing it in text I thought I should clarify.
Music is the big one RUclips cracks down on. I have a subscription to a music service that has thousands of tracks to choose from. I love flat iron steak as well. Seems like most RUclipsrs always grill ribeyes. It's nice to show a little appreciation to the other cuts. Cheers Victor!
@@GallaghersGrub so the music subscription makes it so you can use their material on your your channel, is that correct? I am getting closer to finally starting my own channel and I know this sounds kinda stupid but I always have music playing at home,in my car,the truck I drive ,even in my boat when I'm fishing for salmon. I have a life time subscription to Serious/XM satellite so I can listen anywhere. So the music is always playing and this can become a problem for me. About the steaks, I agree there are far to many folks who seem to only grill ribeyes. Then there's tri tip and picanha and a few others but mostly ribeyes like you said. Now don't get me wrong, I like a great looking ribeye but my favorite steak is New York strip. Especially dry aged. Hmmmm. Fyi, I tried to keep it short here but hey, were talking steaks right. And if you have any suggestions for me for starting my channel, like what editing software you suggest, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Have a great labor day weekend.
Great marinade, Brian. Over here in the UK, I don’t remember ever seeing a cut called Flank Steak, so will try the marinade with another cut. Cheers my friend.
It’s called bavette here in the U.K. It’s fairly readily available. And it’s delicious. Much cheaper and more favour than sirloin and so on. Onglet is also worth looking out for.
I'm making this tonight. Yum. Your lake area looks like mine growing up. Otis Massachusetts. Love that place. Big pond Otis. Look it up. Lilly pad creek follows from the boat launch. Your shirt is my mantra if i lived there again. Maybe move back to retire. I'm only 40. But ice fishing in winter, skiing in summer. Learned to bobber fish there only.
Sorry I missed this message. Our cottage is in CT, up toward Rhode Island, so it's pretty rural. The lake is where I grew up. I never appreciated how beautiful it was when I was a kid. I love it here.
I have a favorite recipe from a book from my home state of North Carolina, involved much of the same ingredients as you have suggested. Unfortunately, grilling is pretty much forbidden in Europe. Beef too, will soon be hard to get over here. Enjoy while you can.
I live in an apartment complex in NYC that has no grilling as well. Luckily, my wife and I were able to get a small cottage about 3 hours drive from here in the country where I can grill to my hearts delight. Best of luck and thanks for watching in Europe. Cheers!
I could probably slice that up paper thin and destroy the whole thing. With beer as a side of course. Hops count as a vegatable right? Thanks for sharing!
With the Soy and Worcestershire Sauce the sodium would be pretty high so I don't think I would add salt BUT.... fresh cracked pepper I believe would be a must Not sure a bout added sugar (honey) my wife is not a fan of honey but I do add agave nectar as sweetener sometimes
Such a great cut of beef, so simple to marinate. Another great video, loved the dogus interuptus!
Thanks Dano. Appreciate you watching.
Have had flank steak on the brain, so perfect timing. Another helpful, delicious video. Thanks chief!
Right on Mark. New salmon video out today. Too good.
A simple, but seriously flavorful marinade. I'm looking forward to giving this a try on the grill this week.
Simple and delicious. Thanks for watching Will

Excellent video!
Thanks Lefteris. Always good to hear from you.

Cheers Stuart. Thanks for watching and have a great weekend.
Watching this on a Sunday morning here in the U.K. and now I’m hungry! Looks delicious
Can't go wrong with a steak in Worcestershire marinade. Cheers All!

Interesting. I wonder if it's just called something else.

Alli Wiltshire, Thanks Alli, I will look out for it and give it a try.
Its also called skirt steak hear in Australia..
@@GallaghersGrub In the UK is called Bavette but skirt works well too.

OK looks good I will try it. Its been years but I think you've nailed it!
Thanks Kevin. I love a good flank steak and this one was great.
Hermoso paisaje que se ve.
Gracias. Cheers Daniel!
Thanks buddy! Making this for my parents tonight
I love me beef with Worcestershire Sauce, is a must with prime-rib or marinade for beef
Worcestershire is really the only marinade you need for beef.
That's the way I feel everytime I light up the grill. Thank flank steak looks great. I don't know about you, but I'm not ready for winter!
The weather is gorgeous here. Perfect for a few more months of firing up the grills. Appreciate you watching man.
Looks great and as always, great video. Cheers!
Thanks Brett. Have a great weekend.
Great meal, one of my favorites!!
It's a great cut. A nice change-up from a rib-eye or a strip.
Well done!! Great job.......
Thank you!
Perfect doneness too.
Thanks MrBPDude. Appreciate you watching.
As they say where I'm from GrillKing Awesome ! Thanks for the excellent video!
Appreciate you watching and thanks for the kind words. Cheers!
Hell yeah! Now that's what I'm talking about and please feed the dog. Thanks for sharing.
Right on. Cheers LumberjackPa!

I did a pretty good job on this steak myself. Washed it down with the other vegetable... red wine.

"You're gonna love . . . . and I'm gonna love . . . . eating this steak." hahahahahahaha
Lolz. Thanks for watching Sheila.
sooooooooo no ones going to mention @3:50 ??? cooking that meat over an open orange flame?? how bitter must that taste........lol
Ok Zero.
Супер. Собаке передавай привет))
Thank you. The dog says, hi back.
Add 3 or 4 tablespoons of honey, some coarse ground pepper and salt and you'll really have a marinade there

@@tobycarlson1640 skip the worcestershire sauce. I've done this exact recipe with and without rosemary and it always goes over big.
@@fordfan3179 I love Lea & Perrin, I even add to burgers when making fresh ground patties.
