What rims are placed on the Grey van?
it's a shame ford doesn't offer this van in the US

My 1997 GMC 1500 high top Savanna is my project truck. After the suspension upgrade there will be a slight amount of lift, nothing much over stock but stiffer, then I want to swap the stock 15” rims and LT 235/75R15 for 16” rims with a larger all terrain tires. Any suggestions? Does this swap create any new problems to deal with?
Your truck sounds great and nice to hear the upgrades your doing. Regarding the new wheels and AT tyres, best to check the clearances before fitting them. For example, check they won’t rub when on full lock.

Is it possible to take the full front grille out without removing the front bumper? I’m replacing my standard ford grille with the honeycomb big FORD letters grille, but not sure how to remove the original grille
Steve Regan you do need to remove the complete bumper to then un-clip the chrome surround and grill panel. Otherwise you will break the fixings on the back.
The bumpers are not to bad to remove though.
