I can see you're getting stuttering at times, the frames drop and the frame time jumps too, I have this same issue - Running a 4090 Rog Strix OC and I9 12900K - Seems like a lot of people on higher end machines have this issue

because it a 100 people on one single map, and multiple skins where ur pc have to stream download it while u are playing it, in order to fix it, u have to Download all Cosmetic Textures, which is about 20 gb additional space to explain the game been streaming these assets from the internet, every new game it has pumping skin textures for each skin active in given match
I dont play and will nvr play fornite. But I'm curious is there dlss3 on this thing? 4k for these graphics even with ray tracing, the fps is on the lower side.
The fact this game still requires a high end card to get them frames in 4k is revolting…. There to busy pushing out new content and not fixing the game it self.😢
