Just flat running doesn't do anything with the speedsters if you don't use moves to dash around The only reason why dodrio, talon, gengar won cuz of their passive speed boost or else every Pokémon has same base speed. If you're testing zoroark then use it's moves cuz that's how it gets it's mobility, absol with pursuit You got a dislike cuz of how you tested it

Talon was always my favorite speedster and the speed can definitely change when using their dash moves.
So the fastest is Dodrio, followed by Talonflame, then Genger then Leafeon
