Hi Jim! Is it best just the neatest thing?
As it happens he needs to rebuild the boiler. He made it out of a sona tube. Cardboard tubes that they use for cast in concrete. And then he wrapped that in plastic which he painted. The cardboard be in cardboard is falling apart. So he’s debating whether he just wants to build it again the same way after all last about 10 years or try something new

This sets a standard that most of us can never hope to achieve. It also reminds me of a great old cartoon from Model Railroad Magazine that used to strike fear in my wife's heart. Two wives were talking across the backyard fence and one was bragging that her husband's railroad had consumed the house interior but she still had the back yard for her garden. In the background, the husband is driving up with a lowboy loaded with a full-size steam locomotive.
