I’m a 66 year old female who has physical impairments and I have recently climbed over my 6 foot smooth faced solid cedar fence without assistance. There’s plenty of people there who could have boosted them using their hands or gotten on all four and allowed someone to step on them to be able to grab the top of the fence. There was no sense of urgency by law enforcement just as at the Uvalde elementary school, waiting for the intelligent brave person to show up.

How can she say that "The decision was made to secure the building from the inside," when they did not even have anyone OUTSIDE on the ground at least to secure the perimeter of the building to make sure that no one got up on the roof? How did no one even hear a ladder being put against the building so he could climb up on the roof? How did they not hear him up on the roof? If he had no ID or criminal record, how were they able to identify him by DNA within an hour? Many questions need to be answered. An independent investigation needs to be done, the FBI has a habit of "losing" evidence.
The ladder was permanently installed. They knew it was there. They chose to control access up that ladder from inside the building!

I’m a 66 year old female who has physical impairments and I have recently climbed over my 6 foot smooth faced solid cedar fence without assistance. There’s plenty of people there who could have boosted them using their hands or gotten on all four and allowed someone to step on them to be able to grab the top of the fence. There was no sense of urgency by law enforcement just as at the Uvalde elementary school, waiting for the intelligent brave person to show up.
