Really relate to what you said about being a person who is quite disorganised/messy by nature but thrives in clean and organised environments! I struggle so much with staying on top of the mess, but setting a 10 minute timer every other day where I focus on getting as many things clean as possible has really helped. So I am exactly the same way with cleaning. I love everything to be perfect but am not the tidiest person. So I just let stuff be and would need a whole day for tidying. But for a year or so I’ve just started to clean whenever I see something and it has helped so much. Such a weirdly personal and a little shameful topic and I’m so glad that I’m not the only one 😅🙈😍

My husband treated me to a night in a lovely hotel last night for my birthday (today's my 40th birthday) and it's not something we usually do, stay in hotels here in NI, but we both said that we should do it more often as we both enjoyed it and feel we need that time to relax. Always nice to have something to look forward to x
I'm not vegan but have been looking to eat more vegetarian and vegan meals through the week and this channel has been so useful for ideas! I've been binge watching! Usually I find some vegan influencers to be quite pushy and judgy on non-vegans but I don't find that with you so thank you for helping me to become more plant based throughout the week!
For myself, I've made tidying a part of my evening routine. I just make a trip through the flat and put away any clothes or other misplaced items, wash any dishes that have been forgotten, also air out the rooms. I find it rather calming. And then of course I really enjoy a tidy flat in the morning :D
Lovely changes M. I think our 'inclinations' change with the seasons too... less light takes us into our inner realms. The philosopher Steiner indicated that all our inner growth takes place in winter and is ready to manifest in spring. No headphones in Nature is good for you and for the dog ! Roxy knows you are with her in the Now and she is happy. This is also important with children :)) Peace and calm for you week ahead.

I love this video - we're a living in a time were we almost never switch off and constantly are being thrown other peoples picture perfect lives and never feel like we're productive enough - its so important to take care of yourselves and appreciate where we are. Your walk on the beach reminded me of something I’ve been meaning to ask but is totally off topic. But how to you and Alex feel about Spaceport Cornwall? I don’t know if you live anywhere near it and whether the sound will be a disruption to calmness. I know that the Goonhilly Earth station there in Cornwall has been instrumental in the images coming in for the Artemis launch around the moon.

I was a vegetarian for over 8 years healthy balanced diet with added supplements, unfortunately a few years ago I started loosing some of my hair, felt tired and weak, GP checked my bloods and my ferritin was very low. I found out my diet caused it apparently vegetarian diet isn't always for everyone. I'm now a flexitarian, I didn't feel comfortable eating red meat but the GP said if I don't eat meat I would need IV iron. Iron supplements didn't work for me. I still love vegetarian food, but twice a week I eat red meat with delicious vegetables

That's true that you don't appreciate what you have around. I've always liked to walk without any added stimulants. I don't like listening to anything on my phone when I'm walking. You don't even see the nature when you do multitasking. That's a big waste. What's more beautiful than nature?

Yepp I get it, silence is super uncomfortable at first but honestly leaving the headphones home has made a huge difference for me!
