    Thanks, James a true insight into what happens once you’ve refurbished the property and then let it out, it shows other landlords how they should look after their tenants and react immediately when situations arise in the property and not leave it for the tenants to get in touch with the landlord one step ahead of the game. Keep it up Rod

      Yes, my thoughts exactly! I find that if you do better refurbs, you attract better tenants who respect where they live

    Hey pal, great stuff.. thanks for sharing your journey! Guessing you charge more for the larger room with ensuite, what's the difference in price? And would be great to see before and after floor plans so we can see how you best utilise the space. Many thanks!

      Hey great Q! so you can charge more for the room with en-suite, but as this house will be high spec once finished, we’ve decided to bring up the price of the other rooms to match the en-suite. That’s because even though they don’t have an en-suite, they still get access to a lovely master bathroom!
      Regarding floor plans for before and after I’ll make sure to include this in a future video 🙏

    If my landlord was snooping around my rental property I would be annoyed. I guess he must have consent from all tenants.

      Yes, there’s many places around Yorkshire including Hull which can make great investments.
