You measure it from your body. The shape from your shoulder to the widest part of your hips.. the numbers usually ranges from 25-30 depending on height, figure etc

Rub machine oil on the satin part and sew. It’s the gum that makes it difficult to sew

Yes you can, no you don't need a zipper . Because of the opening ii n front, it can enter the head
