I have a job outside of reselling as well so taking the pictures in bulk first is how I keep it going. I have time between appointments where I find myself able to list items. Getting a bunch of drafts banked really helps for those days where clients insist on looking at every house on the market Lol. My goal is to have scheduled drafts ready to go for every day up to 2 weeks out.
My husband and I have regular jobs. He is full-time; I am part-time. We would love to quit and resell only. Health insurance and 401k keep us from making the switch. Health insurance is ridiculously expensive.

We purchased a business iPhone for my wife to take all the pictures. She then hands it to me and I list throughout the afternoon and evening. Like you, I delete the pics once the item is listed (I list them from the mobile app on the same business phone). One thing that helped us save time is she weighs the item and takes a pic of the item on the scale--we don't use the pic in the listing; I use that for entering the shipping info so no writing down each item's name and weight on a piece of paper to get lost, saves time. I already know the dimensions because we take pics with a ruler in a few pics of each listing. This system is helping us list up to 40 items per day, on the way to 2,000 plus items storewide. Thanks for the thoughts on how you're doing it.

I saw Cayley Elaine YT channel implement this method a few months ago and it has definitely paid off for her as well. At first I was skeptical that it would work for me since she mainly sells clothes and I mainly sell hard goods, but it didn't matter. I listed quadruple my normal listings when photos were already done. I'm still looking to hire someone to take photos for me full time, and literally cannot wait!
Hey Dave! I have a similar process with someone taking pictures. We use Dropbox but you could use something like Google Drive or another similar service. It works for us because the person taking the pictures drops the images direct to the box and I can get the images in seconds.
Helps to have a support system. I'm working on this gig solo and I feel like I can only do so much before I'm ready to pull my teeth out rather than do everything to list something.

See I love the idea of taking pictures and then listing later. I don't have a lot of time, I'm a new reseller and have a full time gig like you and 4 kids. So when I take pics I take pics of all the stuff I sourced that day or last 2 hauls and clean and qaqc all the stuff. Then when l I'm laying around bed or watching a movie with kids,I can research and list a ton in a 30min-1hr span. Love that process and how I started doing it back in October of last year. Love the show keep on keeping on. I said pot me, and not pot holder. So if you didn't get a taker for one I'll take it lol
My household is opposite. I can't find things, my husband finds it within minutes. I think about, everyday, not working my day job and only resell. We are starting to move forward in planning our move to Florida. I will be reselling completely. Our plan is in about 18 months. I am working on my reselling, like name changes, start RUclips videos, be more on Instagram and lastly start a tictoc. I know I have a lot of work ahead of me, but it is exciting to work on my business and do it ful time

@@rebeccamorin5179 hey, you can enter it in the SKU field of each listing, under the item's details (where you list the condition as New or Use, etc. Scroll all the way down in that particular section, and the field for SKU is there. It does NOT show in the listing to the customer but upon a sale, it appears in your sold notice so you can easily find your item.
I have my daughter , she’s 19, take my pics and load them and save as a draft. I have her plug in the measurements as well so I don’t feel like I’m back tracking by doing it myself . Then anytime I want , I plug in the price , copy and paste my title for description and it’s done . Been doing this for a year , I think you’ll ever go back and you’ll find it more efficient 😊😊
Take a picture of the box 1st and then pictures of the rest. When you download them you could also download them and re-label them with numbers or the bin number Are used to take pictures of our pool projects, and I took a picture of the persons name and address before I got out of the car took the pictures and did the same for the next house that way nothing was confusing. When I download them, I renamed them the persons name and the year.

I'm confused. If you do a listing just from photos, how can you get weight and measurements? How can you do a full description of the item ? I have pre taken photos but also write down important information then listed them.
The best way i use to lose weight is running. You can start off with a 1/2 mile 3 times a week for a couple of weeks then move up to 3/4, to 1 mile. The more you sweat the more weight you lose. And its quick, run, shower & your out under an hour but it should be done at least 3 times a week.
My husband takes all the pictures for me using my older iPhone that has no data the pics auto go to my new phone via airdrop. It was a game changer as far as listing. Not having to take the pictures really makes to easier. Love ur videos!

My daughters help with pictures but their attention to detail is lacking LOL. I am working on a new process where I bin everything in totes/bins as it comes in and will have someone test/clean/photo/log and will pay by the piece. My adult daughter is going to be my first contractor.
I take a large batch of pictures one day then sit and have coffee in the morning and list those items then put them away I think its easier for me to do it this way have been doing it this way for quite awhile. much much easier

Just so you know the 90 day total on the phone is messed up. Mine is off by about 3k. if you go to your orders tab on pc and go all orders it should default to last 90 days and show you a 90 day total

You hired a trainer to avoid getting injured. Most injuries occur from improper form. You can't lift heavy weights until you learn how to lift properly.
The new photo/listing should work REALLY well for you. Instead of seeing the entire elephant, you are only seeing one bin. Also the organization should work since she's putting it into bins and not you, no more "truck" skus.
Since I sell clothing, I'm too picky about how my photo's turn out. I've tried having someone take the pics, but I was never satisfied with the turn out. I ended up just doing them over...:(
What fees are you talking about? Everyone gets charged fees when your item sells. If you have a store, it's less because you're giving them more upfront. Insertion fees? Don't use any extras!
Elijah has been asking for work why dont you offer him $10 for every 10 items be takes pictures of. Now he has to obviously take multiple pictures of an item but he can use his phone and he can set something up in his room (white box). I think he would enjoy that and easy money.

I can then download them to my computer, which I use for listing. If taking photos of clothing, she also takes a photo of the item on a scale, and I use that photo to price the shipping cost.
The Jibba Jabba was pulled from the shelves because it was said it encouraged children to use younger smaller kids the same way - grabbing them by the neck etc. But they caught the attention of older kids - especially college students - and so they live on in infamy! Some can go over 100 dollars depending on hair color or outfit or other attributes. Great find! Don't quit the gym yet! Give it at least the year you probably signed up for. Or your trainer - he sounds like he is doing the best routine for your body! Or follow your mother around -and eat what she eats lol!🤣

That 1:1 is key with the photos. I have a hard time remembering to take personal photos in full screen.... until I go to print them haha -Samantha

The same here it’s more of a hobby at this point. Just me and with fees and mistakes I don’t make a profit to speak of

It’s better to do less weight more reps if you increase weight gradually, and lean to control the weight. Otherwise you’ll pull a muscle.
