Jury rules in favor of Catholic Charities; no damages

A Cuyahoga County jury ruled in favor of Catholic Charities, the organization being sued in connection to the death of a toddler in Cleveland.
The foundation was found partly liable for the 2017 death of 4-year-old Jordan Rodriguez who was tragically found buried in his mother's backyard in Cleveland.
The jury also decided Catholic Charities did not act with malice and did not assign punitive damages.
