If the defense sucks again this year. It’s because Riley does not allow them to actually tackle during practice and that means he hast to go.
It’s a scrimmage. The idea is to thump but not destroy. The contact on the line was real and the defenders squared up on the ball carriers. Major improvement! The defense is back.✌️

They tackle as much as any other team in spring ball. The scheme was just awful last year.
