Lawyer Brian Mwenda has been EXPOSED by the Law Society of Kenya after numerous complaints. Brian Mwenda who has practised as a lawyer does NOT possess a law degree and has not stepped into any law school. Despite all that, he has won 26 out of 26 cases he has litigated. At one point he represented the former Mungiki leader Maina Njenga in Makadara Law Court

It's hard to imagine that this man is being attacked as he is, & the only crime really is impersonation from which he diligently represented people in court, and won.
There are so many criminals in Kenya, many of whom are public servants who have stolen public resources from key sectors like health and education. These are serious crimes because it denies citizens quality healthcare - a consequence of which is death.
The Judicial system in Kenya is skewed toward inflicting punishment to the vulnerable, and giving a free pass to senior civil servants.
This is why we have no MPs, Governors, etc in jail for rape, assault, murder, and theft of billions of shillings.
I would set him free on condition that he will stop practicing law in the courts of Kenya, and if he wishes to, that he will abide by the mandatory prerequisites prior to practicing as an advocate.
He is way much better by far than some lawyers...

Give him an honorary law degree and allow him to practice law, after all he won all of his 26 cases. Better yet, allow him to get his law degree in the meantime.

By the way with practical, there won't be cheating. Imagine class 6/8 being watched by armed police men at there back. Do you expect that child to pass exam having see how police men behave with unarmed law abiding citizens. University student seating for exams/reports at home, report being done by non student then submitted. So who is fooling who. At times I see education as one of the way to segregate the society as non was borne a fool if you were borne and without schooling you could talk. It tells alot.
