Pumpkin Protein Chia Pudding
- 1 cup milk
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup / vanilla
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
Directions:
- First combine milk and protein powder (if using a container with lid, can also shake together to mix)
- Add in the rest of the ingredients, stir
- Place in fridge for 2 hours or overnight
- Enjoy with favorite toppings - I like coconut yogurt, cinnamon and crushed almonds! :)

I’m going to try the rough blow dry upside down and then smoothing out with a round brush around the face and to finish off the look. My hair is frizzy so it may not work but hey, we’ll try!
I’ve been on a quest to reduce breakage and keep the length of my hair without it snapping off. I’m lucky in that my hair grows fast but I’m definitely guilty of too much heat and colouring!

Really nice vlog, loved the haircare tips, I recommend Redken's acidic bonding pre-wash treatment, read it is the best from this line and sufficient by itself, been using it for over a month now and love the results!

Hallo Annie, ein schöner Vlog und Nalia ist so süß. Ich weiß nicht, ob das hier schonmal angesprochen wurde, aber es kann kritisch gesehen werden, sein Kind online zu zeigen. Zudem offenbarst du wo und wie lange ihr spazieren seid. Leider gibt es seltsame Leute mit unschönen Absichten die sich Vlogs mit kleinen Kindern anschauen.
