I would have expected madcap to have a more violent theme. His personality is pretty violent and aggressive. He has quotes like "NO ONE MUCKS WIV ME MATE" while he's brutally assaulting spy.

He might be a cold lad but he is loyal. "Love ya more than meself" is the quote which was never used even when he was in the game but it sort of proves this.

Thanks! Tf2 doesn't have a very specific genre but the closest is "Spy music", (that is the actual genre name for some reason) That's what the Incredibles, Despicable me, cars 2 (sometimes) leaned on. I will definitely make more!

I remember two alternate weapons for his secondary, the first one was "the rocks", they had a trajectory that is somewhere between the jarate and the flare gun's projectile, it was pretty strong but aiming with it was more difficult than standard weapons. The second weapon was "the crit brick" it was a "high risk/high reward" type of projectile, it needed to charge like the jarate, and you started with the bar empty, like the name implies, it always dealt critical hit, so it was super OP if you hit somone with it (it could one shot light classes), but since it takes a long time to charge, and since like the jarate, you had only one to throw + the fact that landing a hit with it was difficult + pyros could reflect it, it was actualy not that OP if you were bad at aiming. I remember people that hated this weapon calling it the "cringe brick".
It took me a solid moment to remember this one! I thought it sounded like TF2 for a little bit and then memories started coming back as it went on. I loved playing Madcap! I was such a menace. lol I can't believe I forgot about all those fun memories years later. Thank you!!

Madcap was the only british person on the team, plus he had a rivalry with soldier, which was the inspiration to the demoman's rivalry with soldiers later on! Also it was iterated that Madcap and Soldier were good friends but disliked Demoman.
honestly the concept for the madcap was just excellent, a melee/projectile focused class would be awesome, and the whole being british thing sounds so cool. Too bad they removed him before I started playing, I probably would've mained him.

I always liked the small bit in his introductory video where he shares a pleasant tea party with pyro before bashing in a poor BLU solider’s skull in. It always kinda signified that he was just as mad as the pyromaniac
Valve needs to acknowledge madcap and bring him casually in an update and pretend like he was always there
I will laugh for a long time if Valve really wants to add the Madcap to the game as a new class, but on the other hand it would show how wonderful the game is!
Really sad that he got removed, he was such a fun character to play in KOTH maps

Tf2 doesn't have a very specific genre but the closest is "Spy music", (that is the actual genre name for some reason) That's what the Incredibles, Despicable me, cars 2 (sometimes) leaned on.

This song is great! But, could you release a version without the main melody? It is quite constant, and the original vibe is quite calmer (and more fitting of Madcap imo)

I remember two alternate weapons for his secondary, the first one was "the rocks", they had a trajectory that is somewhere between the jarate and the flare gun's projectile, it was pretty strong but aiming with it was more difficult than standard weapons. The second weapon was "the crit brick" it was a "high risk/high reward" type of projectile, it needed to charge like the jarate, and you started with the bar empty, like the name implies, it always dealt critical hit, so it was super OP if you hit somone with it (it could one shot light classes), but since it takes a long time to charge, and since like the jarate, you had only one to throw + the fact that landing a hit with it was difficult + pyros could reflect it, it was actualy not that OP if you were bad at aiming. I remember people that hated this weapon calling it the "cringe brick".
i don't care much for Madcap.
But i'm all in for tf2core songs!
It took me a solid moment to remember this one! I thought it sounded like TF2 for a little bit and then memories started coming back as it went on.

my favorite par of meet the madcap was when he yeeted to spy into the shredder on the deleted map Industrial.
The rage he had with spy knowing that he's his father, it was so interesting.

Madcap was the only british person on the team, plus he had a rivalry with soldier, which was the inspiration to the demoman's rivalry with soldiers later on! Also it was iterated that Madcap and Soldier were good friends but disliked Demoman.
