We use palak nd curd gravy in chuhare ki mithdi

very good, but agar main yeh ghar main try b kiya to ghar wali ghar se bahar nikal degi,

Ap log khatti chize jyada khate ho shayd har chiz ka madra banate ho
As every area and state has its own food habits.....we himachali's love to eat khatta and madra....its a tradition
I never use palak in madra, but next time I will try in this way
