Included should be the B1 cable or auxiliary cable. You connect one end to the input on the chair control panel and the other into the tv, mobile or tablet port. TV is usually marked with a headphone symbol or “H/P out” You can also connect direct to the Sony and Xbox controllers. The jacks are on the bottom of the controller for this. I hope this helps. No I wouldn’t recommend it for an adult mate, especially if it will be used daily. You can’t adjust the height and it sits very low. I’m 5’7 and I don’t find it very comfortable. Happy gaming mate :)

Was going to buy this but I am 6 foot tall. Would you not recommend it? It is more for work/desk purpose than study. Cheers
