I'm proud of you, dude.👏 I took your lead and dropped a few lbs., too. I'm not working out though (too old and lazy😜), just controlling my portions a little better. I'm doing it slow (about 1 lb./week) and have about 8 lbs. to get to my goal of 175. Keep grindin' bud... we're still out here lurkin'.✌😎
@@TheMick26 Hell yeah! good to hear! Any moves in a positive direction are awesome! I tell people about how quickly I lost my weight and everyone thinks im crazy but it definitely took some sacrifices and not everyone needs to move that quickly. I'm about 6" away from getting my backflips on flat ground so it's getting exciting!

Are you really the same guy who had knee surgery not quite a year ago?👍 Yeah, I got old and that sh!t was creepin' up... 5'10" 205 lbs.😣 For me 175 feels like a better place.
