Also great examples of mistakes of being passionate about something and instead holding it back to facilitate the project and not take over. At least I would have to hold back my excitement on this subject by wagging my tail instead of barking and nipping.
I find this examples of a planning meeting very helpful, thank you. The theory is helpful but I appreciate the examples of the messier less structured real life-ish example. This helps structure my thinking around the ‘exceptions’ to the theory. Thank you 😊.
I agree that user stories should be small enough, but specific to the login example you have showed here, I think it makes the integration more difficult. So if I was to write them, I would create a story to develop a login screen and then business logic separately in small pieces. Good video 👍
