GURPS is fun. Thanks for the relatable example. Takes me back 30 years ago. Also great examples of mistakes of being passionate about something and instead holding it back to facilitate the project and not take over. At least I would have to hold back my excitement on this subject by wagging my tail instead of barking and nipping.

You are welcome. I would have fun leading such a project.
And to improve the understanding of the problem, I would have to make the team play GURPS:)

Thank you for making these videos. You explain things in a digestive way that I haven’t found elsewhere.

I find this examples of a planning meeting very helpful, thank you. The theory is helpful but I appreciate the examples of the messier less structured real life-ish example. This helps structure my thinking around the ‘exceptions’ to the theory. Thank you 😊.

I agree that user stories should be small enough, but specific to the login example you have showed here, I think it makes the integration more difficult. So if I was to write them, I would create a story to develop a login screen and then business logic separately in small pieces.
    Good video 👍

      Hi Tejaswi,
Thanks for sharing your insights. You might be correct. I don't think there's one best way to do it.
Again, your experience and knowledge will impact the process a lot.
