Could -is used to show ability in past, to show possibility, to take permission.
Could be -is used as passive form
Could have - to show possession about future
Could have +v3-is used about something could be done in past but now there is no possibility to happen anymore ,to show possibility.
Could have been -is used in two ways, first to show state of being in past and secondly as passive form ..

Sir ALHAMDULILLAH I’m leaving in Saudi Arabia since 2016 since then I have been watching your videos approximately I have watched your all vedios I have got to learnt a lot from your vedios and you are one of my favorite teachers, sir I know that in order to learn English I have hard work but when it comes to speaking at that time I get confused although I can speak a little bit because there’s a app which name is Yalla on which I try to speak English
But I want to speak without hesitate I want to speak fluent without thinking sir you know waht I know some structures with the help of them I speak but unless the structures finished I speak wery well and as the structures finished then I speak intermittently sir I want to improve my English can you tell me about it how should or waht should I do but yes there is one thing more I’m very lazy I have laziness when it comes to talking I started watching vedios on the RUclips rather than talking on the app
