This looks like such a beautiful place to spend the day with loved ones. I actually came across Budd Park, while searching for information on my dad, coincidently named, “Frank H Budd”, when I came across a link to this video. My dad passed away in 1997, while in LTC at the Bedford VA hospital here in Ma. He had been there for almost a decade, before he finally closed his beautiful green eyes forever. I realize the “Frank H Budd” in whose memory this park has been named is not the same Frank H Budd who served as a marine, state trooper, loving husband, father and parishioner, but it still warms me to know that he shared a name with someone who clearly meant a lot to the community there, and I can’t help but feel a bit of comfort in that.
