Best table on the machine imo
I think you're right, more I play it the more I want to keep playing it.
This is the table I wanted most. Skin the machine in Twilight Zone. Drop it to $1k and we can discuss a purchase. Laggy like the rest of Zen?
For me personally, it doesn't seem to be an issue. Others may be more sensitive to it than I am.
I saw that you had the floating scores and ball trail turned off and left visual effects on. I had the same settings and flipper lag felt less or maybe in my head?
Yeah, I pretty much keep those settings off on most tables. I'm sure there is some lag, but for me personally, it doesn't seem to be an issue. Others may be more sensitive to it than I am.
So much potential with this cabinet and yet they keep releasing tables with "noticeable flipper lag" according to their release notes. Or what should be called "beta" releases. And the customers who buy them are all beta testers who pay to play.
I know they are hard at work trying to make it the best they can. This one plays quite well (imo).
@@WagnersTechTalk And it gets worse when their May "sale" (15%) excludes all the Zen tables. Kind of a slap in the face to all the 4KP buyers.

The computer isn’t powerful enough to run the tables 4K 60fps on high settings. It’s a single board computer. On my 3060ti desktop I have to run DLSS on ultra performance to run 4k max settings. My vpin cab is the same thing. That has a 4060ti. DLSS on quality settings and I can run 4K max.
This is just my opinion. I am hoping they release some type of computer upgrade so they don’t have to make sacrifices to the graphics in order to get them to run properly.
ATgames is SO close to knocking this out of the park yet so far away
I'm hopeful that we'll see some optimizations for the Zen tables. Magic Pixel and FarSight (Gottlieb) play, sounds and look great. Zen is certainly getting closer, I love the Twilight Zone table. In fact, I'm addicted to it and playing more than anything else, at the moment. Always appreciate your feedback djm!
They got the colours wrong and introduced flipper lag. Do yourself a favour a install virtua pinball and give the jokers at Zen a miss
