@@LydianLunch I think G altered scale, wich is 7'th mode of G# melodic minor scale.
Godamnit, no matter how hard I try I just can't seem to tie these scales together. Blending in and out is just not happening, so frustrating!

Play the corresponding scales four notes per bar and tie it together with the next note of the following scales without stopping. Alternate between ascending and descending. For example you might play C-D-Eb-F on the first measure then continue with G-Ab-Bb-Cb on the following bar, etc. When you feel confident you can start doing it with 8th notes etc. This will tie your phrases together.
