This is one of those "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" sets. Some will love it. Me, person, I believe Finest shouldn't have this busy a design. It looks too much like they tried to go with an Inception design. I'm just out altogether on Finest other than maybe a single here or there.
@@emmasalsbury2144 I like Inception as its own thing and with its own design style. That’s why I don’t like this with Finest. But I get why those who love Inception might love it. Doing levels and things like that is also a little weird, but they insisted on eliminating Gold Label so I guess Finest is a reasonable place to import the concept.
It’s always refreshing when someone likes a set when they don’t get an amazing box. Hate it how people hit a banger and because of this they say ‘this is an amazing product’.
I mean they did bring back the common, uncommon, and rare levels. That was an original from the old days. It used to be 20 packs a box, they switched to mini boxes maybe 10 years ago. As long as i get same amount of cards/ hits they could put in one giant pack for all i care.
I like the changes to Finest this year. Also, Pasquantino is crushing right now, so I think he is just being overshadowed by Witt. Also, the colored numbered cards are different based on common, uncommon, or rare.
Lots of things to like about this product, but not sure they outpace the negatives for buying boxes. Like Topps Chrome, Increasing the Price and Checklist makes this product a very low floor product. Buying singles for sure, but a pass on boxes for now.
Finest has always been the finest because they were the highest quality chromium stock and colors. To change that to this mess of a design is awful and Topps need to stop this crap. Finest was beautiful with it's simple chromium stock.

Oh yeah, good point! "Thinner Inception"! I think that pretty much describes what I like about it! : )

Reminds me of the old topps fire
Lively is killing it with the edits

@@emmasalsbury2144too kind! 😊

I absolutely love this year’s design
Yo this set looks so good probably my 2nd favorite of all sets!As of now

Hello from Germany , thanks for all your great videos
Nice:), this is like the 1996 and 1997 Topps Finest sets with the common/uncommon/rare tiers….nice lil throwback to those sets 👍
I love Finest...wish you could find it for $250 now. And wish I per-ordered more lol. good changes to me besides the box format.

RGL+Baseball PC rip = Must watch entertainment!
Marte is next bet to Elle
open a case for stacks of multiple base. Its fun times.
I think you dodged a bullet not being able to collect that juicer in Alex.
JRod on the front? Hitting like .250 at best with no power until only recently prior to injury.

I prefer when u rip baseball or anything besides wrestling
RGL speak the facts where are the mini boxes🤔
Hey RGL, just joined the discord!
❤
Normal boxes like they originally had. Mini-boxes made it seem small and boring.

Has a Big League baseball feel, a bit cheap
If Topps was going to copy Select they could have be more creative then this.
Topps Finest? More like Topps Chrome Fire.
How to turn $275 into $47 in 9 minutes
Nice set...not in love
Some “changes” shouldn’t happen.

Topps stepped it up with the design this year. Everything except museum has been fire. I absolutely hate the look of museum this year.
Not for that price. Midto low tier set imo.
It's a ripoff
i rather pay for this set rather than topps chrome hobby.
In your situation I understand. It is no value to a set collector. And even I can't afford to dabble in ripping packs. It is like the lottery!
@@franklandgraff1190 definitely!
sucks, terrible design, total rip off, the usual
