Any reason you didn’t go out to the Katherine Gorges? Nice van park there on the water, a few Johnston’s freshwater crocks, boat tour down the river. Pretty spectacular gorges, where the old movie “Jeddah” was filmed.
Just ran out of time really. We’d booked into Darwin for NT Day and wanted to get everything done in Darwin before then. Now that’s bitten us in the arse and we’re locked down 🤣 we’ll get there one day!

Thanks mate! Managed to book ourselves into a caravan park in Darwin for a week, 2 hours before the lockdown was announced 🤣

Cheers mate! We looked it up on the NT Snake website and apparently it’s a non poisonous Golden Tree Snake!

Enjoyed the walk but my fault for wearing crocs! Made sure I wore shoes for Jim Jim falls as that’s a walk and a half!
