I heard he was tired of gigging and travelling and preferred to stay in the studio although apparently he still makes an appearance at some of the major events like the recent Stanton Sessions. Thats just what i heard, i'm not sure if thats 100% accurate its just what i was told.

Like I remember going to the record store and buying DJ icey, Rick west, Tony faline,etc. To me there's nothing better than those old-school Florida brakes. And these guys are doing it better. I love it these guys are absolutely at the top of their game as far as I'm concerned.
You've got to appreciate his resilience. He's a real one. Imagine being this sick a dj, and every time you look up all you see is this crowd of milky gimbos awkwardly gurning and showing their funkiest zombie moves to each other, all with the confidence of someone qualified to give out lessons on groove appreciation and dancing. And then a geezer turns up at 58:00 and interrupts the crescendo of your set, just to let you know your mini-cab is parked out front.
I've tried for 30 minutes, but after a few times I can't for the kife of me understand why any of these people in front of the booth aren't losing their mind from 8:30 on. Holy crap.

I will never understand why breaks and funk aren't as popular as edc electronic music. This set is way better than any big stage ultra/edc set.
