@@nyxandchill Yes - Ciri is brought to Aretuza by Yennefer, so she can get some training at the magic school to get control of her abilities. The armorer that was talking about ploughing a maid is one of the better armorers in the area. Also if you finish the Sword and Dumplings quest, you will have a master swordsmith at your disposal.
Good analysis of the Novigrad/Redania/Nilfgarrd situation. If you're wondering why all the plotting and subterfuge instead of just laying seige then sacking Novigrad-I don't think Radiovid or Emhyr wants that: it would cost too much, take too long, tie up too many soldiers and like the ambassador in Vizema said, both sides want Novigrad's resources (ships, gold, etc.), which would probably be lost/destroyed if the city was sacked. 27:43 you might want to reconsider. All witcher gear swords have an exp. bonus: +5% for humans/non-humans and +20% for monsters. 41:53 low level glyphs and runes are essentially worthless, runes only give a 2 or 3 % bonus effect. You're better off just selling them. Greater ones give 5%, which is ok and can stack with the swords stats or some of your skills (see bleeding or poison). Glyphs are the same, use the greater ones(+10% to specific signs) but sell the others.
Cover infiltration makes more sense for the economic usefulness of the city/docks! Its really interesting for my brain to analyse it all, the connections I’ve found are so intriguing!! Didn’t know about the exp bonus, thanks!

Runes and Glyphs: You will find A LOT of these pretty much everywhere, and not just the lesser ones. So there isn't really a reason to upgrade them, imo.
