Hey Beloved of God from your Sis in America. 👋🏽 I'm a New Subbie whose watching your videos in order. I too suffer from Anxiety and live alone in a Townhouse where I can hear my Neighbors on either side of the wall. That really drives up my Anxiety. The best thing I ever did was buy tons of ear plugs and 2 sets of Bluetooth Headphones 🎧...that way when one is charging, I have the other pair. I also purchased small Fans for every room & I run them on Medium nonstop. It helped to drown out all the background Noise. ❤
