With Nicky Hopkins on piano, Jim Price on trumpet, and Bobby Keys on saxophone & Tequila.
In the heat of the day down in Mobile, Alabama
Working on the railroad with the steel driving hammer
I gotta make some money to buy some brand new shoes
Tryin' to find somebody to take away these blues
"She don't love me" hear them singing in the sun
Payday's coming and my work is all done
Later in the evening when the sun is sinking low
All day I been waiting for the whistle to blow
Sitting in a teepee built right on the tracks
Rolling them bones until the foreman comes back
Pick up your belonging's boys and scatter about
We've got an off-schedule train coming two miles about
    Everybody's scrambling, running around
Picking up their money, tearing the teepee down
Foreman wants to panic, bout to go insane
Trying to get the workers out the way of the train
Engineer blows the whistle loud and long
Can't stop the train, gotta let it roll on
    Songwriter: Chuck Berry

Aside from what aging will do automatically, it's pretty amazing that Mick, Keith, and Ronnie Wood, have essentially the same body shape they had at age 20. There's not too many ppl that can pull that off through their 40s 50s 60s and 70s. Also, this vid is a great example of the work ethic of the Stones and their dedication to the artist when doing a cover. Can't say enough about the talents of Mick Taylor, Bobby Keys and Jim Price either. They were the best!

It's truly a group effort, but Keith, Bobby Keys and Charlie Watts really take this version of Chuck's song to the next level!

Bobby and Keith traded notes between each like they were brothers. According to Keith they were born the same day, wore the same size shoe and both smoked Marlboros.
