He’s not really a heretic per say, he only starts spouting blasphemies when he’s near Grey Seers to piss them off and because he knows no one’s gonna do anything about it. The Horned Rat doesn’t do anything to Queek when he does start besmirching him, because he finds Queek entertaining.
I love this game but my god I hate this voice. I can tolerate the other Skaven but this one is actually disgusting. If you like the feeling of something breathing into your ears constantly, you will love this character.
