I watch several RUclips channels for tomato information. I have grown to really like your channel best of all. I like the format and all of the many tomato taste tests. The interaction between you, Jen and Ben is enjoyable and insightful. Also I like the thumbnail format you use because I can see the names and pictures of the tomatoes you are reviewing. And if I want to go back and review a particular variety, it makes it easier to find. I don’t know how you guys manage so many tomato plants each year but keep it up. You are doing everything right. Best wishes.
@@jencordial Thank you so much for your reply. I grew 16 different varieties this year, here in Southern Indiana, zone 6b. Some were heirloom indeterminants, cherries and dwarfs. I had lots of fun doing my own taste tests. In the last week I have been ordering several of the varieties from your recent top 25 list. Was able to get the Black Milo from Larry in Kentucky. The only one I haven’t been able to source yet is West Virginia Straw. Everyone is out of stock. Hopefully, they will be restocked soon. Looking forward to your 2024 tomato test. Take care.
It’s on my to do list. I’m also planning on doing a video of all the giant varieties I want to grow this year. I’m trying to grow an over three pounder.
This was so fun and helpful for me to use with narrowing down my grow list for next year. I think his signature is now cleaning his glasses, and that must be done at least once every video 😹 I’m pretty sure I will be growing 4 of his top 15 in my garden in 2024. Can’t wait for the next video
I know a friend of mine came up with one this year. Maybe I can borrow his because I think it was very thorough and it would be good to have it on record what got graded with what. I’ll definitely put this into action next year.
@@jencordialI especially love your tomato tasting. I have a list of tomatoes I want to try. I grow 20-25 plants with a few cherry tomatoes. I also grow other vegetables too. I’m attempting garlic and onions this year. I have an Aunt in Berkeley Springs. Have a great spring and growing season.
I’m definitely doing a bit of research on the subject. Of crossing Tomatoes. There’s still many more tomatoes I’d like to try before I’ve made my pick though.
I don’t think black milo has enough gel for me. But Ive definitely added several of these to my list. So excited for next year. I’m not sure about anthos. I haven’t tried any.
Still trying to get the grandpa's heart variety too . Had to get Penny lane because that's my cat's name 💕 and got the Dipper's delight I think it's called 🍅🍅🍅
You both are so funny together. I just love watching you both. You have a GREAT married chemistry. ❤
😊thank you so much. That’s so nice to hear.
Great video, you guys!!! So much fun, as usual! Love you!
Thank you sweet friend.❤️

Yes! Do the top 20 of your grow list. Yay!

Really enjoy watching you 2 tasting tomatoes. Best by far on RUclips. Jenn's the Rockstar on RUclips but your the man! Good job dude.
Thank you so very much. I’m glad you’ve enjoyed them.
Can never have enough Big Ben in a video!
That’s what everyone tells me and I completely agree.

Fantastic. I’m so happy it was helpful to you. 😁
Maybe next year come up with a grading system for your taste test. Fun. Thanks for taking the time to do these

Great list , a couple of those varieties I'm growing next year so I'm glad they got a good review from you all
I hope they grow you some delicious maters. ❤️
Very excited about this video! Now, would you describe Black Milo as “savory.”?
Yes Black Milo is very much on the savory side of tomatoes.
Love your videos! Keep them coming. I myself am in Maryland. How far are you from MD?
Only 10 minutes. I’m in mineral county WV. And thank you for your kind comment. I’m glad you’re enjoying my content. 😊

I can’t seem to find his website. Do you have a link?
Whose website are you asking about?
@@jencordial rare heirloom tomato
Maybe do a cross of your fav and his fav.. see if you could make a fun project with that.

I would like to have the starfighter series too.... I only have prime and VT 16...
I’ve traded for all the others. Still on the hunt for grandpas heart though. It’s been illusive 😊
I have the vt-16 coming in the mail today and have the prime.

Yes. It’s unfortunately hard to get your hands on that Grandpas Heart. But where there’s a will there’s a way. 😁
Jen, u Saif that's the only purple pigmented u adore? U need to retry Paul robeson.. omg smokey/robust flavor.. good vittles😅
I have tried Paul Robeson a couple years back. It is quite good.
Just noticed my post and its has a typo: its suppose to be his yellow hat! LOL!!
🤣🤣. Yes yellow hat works better. Ben says thank you. 😁
What zone are you growing in?
I’m in 7a northeastern WV😊
Sorry, but the translation from French is wrong. It is Grand Pierre, not Grand Pere
Thank you for letting me know. 😁
