Agriculture CS Linturi denies any involvement in supply of fake fertilizer

Agriculture Cabinet Secretary Mithika Linturi has shifted the blame to the Kenya Bureau of Standards and manufacturers who he says should be held responsible for the mess facing the affected farmers. Linturi who appeared before the Senate Agriculture Committee, absolved the national cereals and produce board and his ministry over the distribution of the substandard product supplied through NCPB, only insisting that all the due process was followed and that the question of quality lies with the manufacturers and agencies mandated to test.

llama manure are acceptable types of mature appropriate for use in vegetable gardens

Who is qualified and honest in this administration? A man who couldn't remember the door number to his hotel room can neither remember the quality of a good fertilizer nor the doorway to step aside. Isn't corruption and cartelism acronyms for the KK regime?
