Brings back mememories of when I worked in convenience stores. My son worked in one a couple years ago, customer blamed my son for them putting diesel in their vehicle even though customer pumped his own gas. The diesel nozzle is green and on the opposite side of the pump from the gas so you don’t make that mistake! 🤦♀️
Sunoco in Canada, definitely isn’t something you see anymore, I think they were bought out by Esso. I remember my mom worked at a Sunoco, in the early 90s.
Those hooks and pegs on the walls were for holding fan belts and heater hoses on , so possibly at one time this was a station that had service bays in it before being converted to a C-store
They had to stick the gas tanks to tell if they needed to order more gas. The little book on the counter told them how much gas was in the tanks. Hi to you, Zay and hugs to Opie!😊
@@RiddimRyder I do too. Anyways, If you are ever close to East Aurora NY outside of buffalo there is my family land of 65 Acres on Center street now called Owens Falls. The Nature Conservatory of NY bought it from us and and it is now a Park and Protected. The entry does not look like much from the little Parking Lot but there are two awesome waterfalls back there. I spent much of my life visiting from Rochester with family camping there. In 1992 I went there to live and practice survival skills. I built a Mud Hut that is gone now. It is a Tributary to Niagara Falls.
